Cassie Alderson-Philbrick

Cassie is a third generation real estate professional who was raised visiting job sites with her Dad. Cassie started her real estate career in brokerage in 2010. She now is our Lead Designer and manages each project personally. Cassie lives in Franklin with her college sweetheart, Drew, her two kids, Parker & Lola, and her two rescue mystery mutts, Fudge & Cookie.

John Stone

John has been in the real estate game since 2008. Ever since he was little, he knew home building and development was his path. John is focused on finding the best deals and opportunities for his clients. He leads our efforts with Sales and Investor Relations. John was voted Southside MIBOR's Realtor of the Year in 2018. John lives in Noblesville with his wife, Ashlea, and two boys, JJ & Sam.
